A few thoughts on Race.

I saw the hashtag #WhitePeople on Twitter last night. Race is such a hot button issue that people have no frame of reference to speak intelligently about it.

A > B

A = 4
B = 3
True by definition Abstract truth Allows prediction

A > B

A = Good
B = Evil
Moral Superiority True in context of a relationship Relative truth Enables covenant
A > B A = left handed
B = right handed
Arbitrary Superiority Arbitrary assignment of physical attribute to a moral value Opinion

Little to no practical value

A > B

A = Liberal
B = Conservative
Ideological Superiority Ideological determinism (denies personal agency) Nonsense Enables deception
A > B A = Black
B = White
Racial Superiority Racial determinism (denies personal agency) Nonsense
