One Minute Meditation – Royalston Crick

Posted by in Meditation Videos, Meditations, Nature

Royalston Crick Closing out the month of August with one more reflection back to Winter’s end.  This stream I dubbed Royalston Crick, formed from the water of the spring thaw. It turned tundra to mud. Stirring up the smell of earth after a tired frozen winter.  As we look around at the green of summer, all this sprung from that rebirth not so long ago. It’s “not” religion, but kind of It’s “not” materialism, cause well, that sounds bad It’s “not” about a deity because we can’t relate to that It’s “not” science, because that feels cold By talking about spirituality without a working definition, I think we risk talking about nothing. Perhaps people who profess a preference for spirituality are speaking out in wont of an answer to some existential problem. I’d…read more

Fish Brook – A Five Minute Meditation

Posted by in Meditation Videos, Meditations, Nature

Fish Brook I’ve recently purchased the Andover Trails Guide and I’ve been exploring the reservations preserved by AVIS.  This meditation was taken of Fish Brook on the Harold Rafton Reservation. There is a lovely overlook where the brook widens.  Here I set up my tripod, struggled to keep my dog from jumping in the water, and pressed record. If you enjoyed this post,  please like and share.
